DOMESTIC SHIPPING :
Domestic orders will have a calculated shipping cost based on the total weight of your order.
There are multiple courier options to choose from that best suit your shipping preference.
Shipping rates titled Parcel Post & Express Post are rates provided by Australia Post.
We advise you to check the Australia Post delivery times as they vary by destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
International orders will have a calculated shipping cost based on the total weight & dimensions of your order. There are multiple courier options to choose from that best suit your shipping preference.
IMPORT TAX & DUTY FEES :
Import tax & duty fees are calculated and shown when choosing your preferred shipping method, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of any import tax & duty fees as this is applicable to your country of residence.
If the customer refuses to pay any import tax & duty fees, the customer is responsible for covering all the costs to return the order.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT :
An email containing a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to the email address supplied when your order is shipped.
PROCESSING TIMES :
We aim to ship within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order, but this may somtimes take longer.
Pre-ordered items will ship upon arrival in-store. We will endeavour to provide accurate information on expected delivery dates, but sometimes delays can occur.
